About the Role:
As the Senior Manager of Brand and Creative, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping Filevine's brand
identity and amplifying our voice across all channels. You'll be a strategic leader, overseeing a
talented team of designers, copywriters, and videographers, and ensuring our creative vision
comes to life.
Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Vision:
-Develop and implement the long-term brand strategy, ensuring consistency
across all touchpoints.
-Understand the user experience across multiple channels and surfaces, to
provide best-practice critiques and recommendations
-Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
-Analyze brand performance and make adjustments to the strategy as needed.
-Manage brand perception and reputation.
Creative Leadership & Execution:
-Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals (designers, copywriters,
videographers, etc.)
-Optimize the way the creative team works within Filevine to meet strategic
company and marketing goals.
-Develop the creative strategy, ensuring a consistent brand voice and look
across all platforms (website, marketing materials, social media, etc.)
-Oversee the creative process, from concept development to execution.
-Stay updated on design trends and technologies.
-Manage creative budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time.
Collaboration & Communication:
-Act as an in-house Creative agency to various departments including
marketing, sales, product, recruiting, and C-suite to ensure brand consistency.
-Develop and implement brand messaging and communication strategies
across all channels.
