SMS Regulation Changes

Earlier this year, AT&T and T-Mobile increased regulations for SMS messages sent from an application. These changes help protect their customers from unwanted messages and spam.

However, this means that your text messages sent from Filevine could be marked as spam or may not be delivered. To prevent this from happening, AT&T and T-Mobile are requiring businesses sending SMS messages through Filevine to register their business’ use case.
